This Privacy Policy explains how Pixel Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your information when you visit pixxelmarketing.com (the “Site”) or use our tools. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form, request or unlock an AI audit, book a call, or ask for a proposal, we may collect your name, email, phone number, company or role, and any message you send.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data — your browser and device type, approximate location, pages viewed and referring links — using cookies and analytics.
  • AI audit tool. When you submit a website URL to our audit tool, we fetch and analyse that page’s public content to generate your report, and we store the resulting report.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To generate and deliver AI audits, reports and proposals.
  • To send emails you’ve asked for (such as verification codes, your audit report and occasional follow-ups) — you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site, including rate-limiting and preventing abuse.

3. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the Site and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (loaded only after you interact with the page). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.

4. Third-party services

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Site and our tools. Your data may be processed by:

  • Vercel — hosting
  • Neon — database
  • Google Analytics & PageSpeed Insights — analytics and performance
  • Anthropic (Claude) — powers our AI chat and audit analysis. Content you submit to these tools (your message, or the content of the URL you audit) is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate a response.
  • Resend — sending emails
  • Cal.com — booking calls

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above to operate the Site, or where required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or business requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

7. International transfers

Some of our providers store or process data outside Pakistan. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to keep your information protected.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@pixxelmarketing.com and we’ll help.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

10. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version.
