Pixel Marketing is a digital growth studio based in Islamabad, Pakistan, offering web development, SEO, social media, content and AI-powered marketing services.

2. Using the Site and tools

You may use the Site and our free tools (such as the AI audit and chat) for lawful purposes only. When using the audit tool, only submit websites you own or are authorised to analyse. Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break any law.

3. AI features

Our AI audit and chat are generated by automated systems to help you. They may contain errors or omissions and are for general information only — they are not professional, legal, financial or technical advice. We clearly label any demo or mock output. Please verify important decisions independently.

4. Quotes, pricing and engagements

Pricing and information on the Site are for general guidance and are not a binding offer. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal, which sets out the specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, content, branding and code are owned by Pixel Marketing and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work we produce for clients is set out in each client’s agreement.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to client websites and third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those external sites.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and free tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that audit results will be complete or accurate for every website.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or free tools. Paid services are governed by the terms of their separate agreement.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
